What do I do if the card with which I have issued the Instant Money is lost or stolen?

If the card with which you have issued an Instant Money is lost or stolen, you must block it. Open the Banco Sabadell app, from the menu , go to the Cards section and select the lost or stolen card. Then click on My card > Turn off or Block > Temporary shutdown. This will block your card and you will not be able to withdraw cash at a cash machine.

You can also access these operations by pressing and holding the Banco Sabadell app icon. Then, a menu with shortcuts to different functions will be displayed, where you can select Block card.
