How to recover the balance of my prepaid card

To recover the amount available on a non-transferable prepaid card, log in to the website and go to Cards > Prepaid cards > Recover balance of a prepaid card.

Remember that it is not possible to recover the balance of an operational transferable card. To recover it before the expiration date, you must deliver the actual card to your office. Request an appointment here.
