How to top up my prepaid card

You can top up your prepaid card in See all procedures > Cards > Top up prepaid cards.
You can also do it in your overall position, in “Credit Cards”, choose the card and click on “Transfers” in the menu that opens at the bottom left of your screen.

Remember that the minimum top-up amount is €15 and the maximum, €999.

Topping up a prepaid card is subject to a commission on each operation, which is applied to the amount you top up.
