What should I do if I can't find my card?

If you can't find your card and you want to block it temporarily until you find it, you can “turn it off” from the Banco Sabadell app. To do this, go to the menu > Cards, select the card and click on “My card” > Turn off, block or replace > Temporary turn off and sign the transaction. You can reactivate it at any time from the same menu by choosing the “Turn card on” option.

If your card has finally been lost or stolen, you can block it permanently from Cards > Card management > Block or Request card. Select the card and choose “Block permanently”. Then tick the relevant option “My card has been stolen” or “I have lost it” and click on the “Block card” button. To complete this process, you can indicate whether you wish to request a new card and check the delivery address.

You can also access these operations by pressing and holding the Banco Sabadell app icon. Then, a menu with shortcuts to different functions will be displayed, where you can select Block card.
