How can I check or change my remote banking password?

For security reasons, your online banking password cannot be consulted.

If you know your online banking password but wish to change it, go to the menu and select Profile and settings > Security and Privacy > Change password. Remember that it has to be 8 digits long.

If you have forgotten your password or your user has been blocked, you can solve this problem by clicking on the "Log in as a private individual" option. If you usually log in with your fingerprint or Face ID, you will have to skip this validation this time by clicking on "Cancel". Then click on "I can't log in" and follow the steps that will be displayed.
