If you're having trouble accessing your online banking:
1. Check that you are entering your username and password correctly.
2. Check that you are accessing from the correct section: Individuals or Companies.
If you’ve forgotten your password or your user is blocked, follow these steps:
1. Log in to the app by clicking on the option ""Log in as a private individual""
2. Press ""Cancel"" if you usually log in with fingerprint or FaceID.
3. Press “I can’t log in”
Remember to re-establish access to your online banking, you need to have at hand:
• Your DNI (National ID number) or NIE (Foreign National ID number) with the letter.
• Your Banco Sabadell credit or debit card.
• Your account number or IBAN, if you don’t have a card.
If you don’t have these details, go to your nearest branch for assistance.
Remember to keep the app up to date.
