We proceed to renew your card automatically and we make sure that you receive the new card before the current one expires. We give you two months' notice that your card is about to expire and provide you with the delivery address. If the address is not correct, you can change it in the app from the menu > Cards > View shipping address.
Remember that you can continue to use your card until the last day of the month of its expiration date.
To find out the current status of your card, go to your remote banking from the Banco Sabadell app, and then go to the main menu > Cards and select the card.
• If your card is in the “ About to expire” status, it means that we have already started the renewal. You can see the address where your card will be sent to you by clicking on “View shipping address”. If the address is not correct, you can change it by selecting on “Change address”.
• If your card is in the “ Renewal in progress” status, it means that your new card is about to be sent or has been sent, so you will no longer be able to change the delivery address. You can view the address and track the delivery by clicking on “View Delivery Details”.
• If your card is in the " Pending Activation" status, it means that you should have already received your new card. Start using it by making a chip-and-PIN purchase at a store. You can also activate it from the “Activate card” button that you will find below your card icon in the Banco Sabadell app.
