Where and when will I receive my new card?

If you signed up for a new card, you should receive it within approx. 15 days at the address you gave us when you applied for it.

You can check the address where your card has been sent and track the delivery from the main menu > Cards > “See delivery details” in the Banco Sabadell app.

The date displayed is an estimate and our customer service department is unable to provide you with more information about the location of your card.
Remember that while you are waiting for your physical card, if the “Cards” section of the app says that the card is “virtual”, you can then:

• Shop at secure online stores that ask for payment verification within our app.
• Link it to the wallet of your mobile device (Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay) to pay in physical shops or make withdrawals from our ATM network.
• Use the Instant Money service.

Remember to activate the card once you receive it at your address by making a transaction at any physical shop or a withdrawal from one of our ATMs. The first time you will have to insert it into the POS terminal or ATM and type in the PIN number. You can view the PIN from the app by going to the card tracking and clicking on “View PIN”.
