To cancel a domestic transfer, go to Transfers > Cancel transfers.
If the transfer you wish to cancel is not shown in the list, it is because it has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. If, on the other hand, if you are shown the error Z47844, it means that there are no transfers that can be cancelled. In these cases, if you want to request a refund, you can access the app or go to your branch to request a refund. You can request an appointment by clicking here.
