To cancel a domestic transfer, go to Accounts > Transfers > Cancel transfers. Select the account from which you have made the transfer and click on Continue.
If the transfer you wish to cancel is not shown in the list, it is because it has already been processed and cannot be cancelled. In these cases, if you want to request a refund, you can access the app or go to your branch to request one. You can request an appointment by clicking here.
Remember that this operation entails a cost, which we will inform you about during the process.
