How do I update my DNI/NIE number?

To update your DNI or NIE, from your remote banking, go to the drop-down menu next to your name and click on My Profile > Pending DNI and follow the instructions. 

Please note that if you get a blank screen when accessing DNI Pendiente, you need to delete the cookies from your web browser.

Remember that, in order to tick the checkboxes, you must click on the links and read the basic information on personal data protection and the processing of biometric data.
