What amount should I enter in the "total monthly costs" section of the mortgage simulator?

Total monthly expenses refer to instalments on other loans, mortgages, credits... In other words, any other financing with periodic instalments. Current expenses should not be excluded, e.g.: water, electricity, gas, childcare, telephone... Remember that the maximum amount of expenses entered should not exceed 40% of the total monthly income entered.
