Once you have simulated your mortgage, in the "Simulation results" section we will show you a representative and personalised example depending on the data you have entered in the simulation, where you can choose between different types of mortgage: fixed-rate discounted, fixed-rate not discounted, variable-rate discounted, or variable-rate not discounted.
