Why am I encountering error Z20029?

If you encounter error Z20029 "Transaction denied. Please check your account balance and/or check with your branch", check if you have a withheld balance. To do this, in the Banco Sabadell app, go to "Accounts", select the account and click on the information icon , where you can see the actual balance, withheld balance, and available balance.
