If you have problems making a transfer, check that:
• You have sufficient available funds in your account. You can view more details about the available funds in your account by clicking on the information icon in the app.
• You have entered all the data correctly, they do not contain symbols or dashes and you have selected the type of transfer you want to make: immediate, common or scheduled.
• If you are making a transfer between accounts, make sure that you are the account holder on both accounts. Otherwise, even if the destination account is a Banco Sabadell account, you must make a transfer between banks and not an internal transfer.
• You have not exceeded the transfer limit. You can check it from the website by clicking on My profile > Settings > Access management > Account access management and operational limits.
• You have activated the Digital Signature and you are signing the transaction correctly. Once all the information has been provided, you have to sign the operation. In order to do that, you will receive a push code in the Banco Sabadell app. If you cannot see it when you log in, go to the main menu > Profile and configuration > Security and Privacy > Digital Signature.
Remember that if your account has a joint signature or signature formula, all parties to the account or formula must sign the transfer.
