Why can't I send a Bizum?

If you are unable to send a Bizum, make sure that the Bizum symbol is loaded in the contact list when you choose the recipient. Depending on the size of your address book, this process may take a few seconds.
You can also check that you have sufficient funds available in your account to transfer money.

Also, remember that Bizum has daily and monthly limits that cannot be exceeded.

If everything is correct, it is possible that the error lies in the institution or in the destination account.
