Why can't I send a Bizum?

If you can’t send a Bizum:

• Make sure that the Bizum symbol appears in your contact list. This may take a few seconds.

• Check that there is no balance retained in your account.

• Check that you have not exceeded the daily and monthly limits of Bizum.

If everything is correct, the problem could be with the entity or the payee account.
