Why do I have credit and cannot use it?

If you have a retained balance in your account and cannot withdraw it, please check:

• If you have a communication of withholding due to attachment of account from an official body from the drop-down menu under your name > Correspondence. Then, from the icon apply the filter "Document" >"Seizures". In this document you will find the Court or Agency that issued the attachment order and data related to it. For more information, you will have to contact the Court or Agency that issued the attachment order directly. After the deadline set by the Court or Agency, the amount withheld shall be debited from the account.
• If you have any unpaid loan or card bills. You can see the notice from the account activity query.
• If you have an amount withheld in respect of the deposit of a cheque you have recently made. The amount of the cheque will be paid to you in full 3 working days after the document has been deposited.
