How can I cancel a money transfer to a recipient who has not yet signed up with Bizum?

You can cancel the money transfer via Bizum if the recipient has not yet accepted your invitation to sign up. To do so, click on "Latest transactions" from the Bizum home screen and select the desired request in "Pending" status. Then click on the "Cancel request" option.

Remember that the recipient has 2 days to accept or decline your invitation to sign up with Bizum. If they accept, the money will be credited and you will no longer be able to cancel the transfer. If they do not sign up, the transfer will be automatically cancelled.
