How do I request money from a contact via Bizum?

To request money through Bizum, go to the menu > Bizum homepage from the Banco Sabadell app and select the "Request money" option. Next, choose the contact you want to request money from or manually enter their mobile number if it is not saved in your address book. Once you have selected the contact, enter the amount and send the request.

If you need to, you can also request money from more than one contact at a time by clicking on "Request from multiple contacts".

 Remember that the recipient has 7 days to accept or reject it, and you can track its status from the Bizum "Latest transactions" section.
