If you get the error ESI2130, check that your National Identity Card or Foreign National Identity Card is updated in our system in the following link: My profile.
You can update your National Identity Card number at the following link: Update National Identity Card/Foreign National Identity Card (DNI/NIE).
If everything is correct and the error appears with only one recipient, it is possible that the problem lies in the institution or in the destination account.
