How can I view my account balance?

You can check your balance in your account by clicking on the information icon and selecting the desired account.

If the balance breakdown shows that you have a balance withheld, you can access all the information on current withholdings by clicking on "view details".

In addition, if it is a withholding due in case of a seizure, you can check the communication from the app by accessing the menu > Digital documentation > Correspondence and from the icon apply the filter 'Document' > 'Seizures'. In this document you will find the Court or Agency that issued the attachment order and information related to it. For more information, you will have to contact the Court or Agency that issued the attachment order directly. After the deadline set by the Court or Agency, the amount to be withheld shall be debited from the account.
