Why can't I send a Bizum?

This operation is only available for remote banking for individuals. If you want to change to your individual profile, go to the drop-down menu located in the avatar with the initial of your name and select "Go to Personal".

If you are unable to send a Bizum, you may have exceeded the daily or monthly limit. Remember that with Bizum you can send or request money for a minimum amount of €0.50 and a maximum of €1,000. Also, there is a limit of:
• €2,000 from the same Tax National Identity Card per day. 
• €5,000 from the same TIN per month.
• 40 transactions from the same Tax National Identity Card per day.
• 60 transactions from the same Tax National Identity Card per month.

Also check that you have sufficient funds available in your account to send the money. If everything is correct, it is possible that the error comes from the banking entity or the destination account.
