Before your card expires, we will send you a message informing you that you will soon receive a new one.
To find out to which address we have sent it to you, go to Services > "Correspondence and messages". Then, filter the results using the category "Cards" to help search for the "Means of payment" notification.
If you have not used your card for some time and the expiry date is approaching, we will send you a message so that you can contact Customer Service Department and let us know if you would like to renew it. Otherwise, the card will not be created.
Remember that your current card will be active until the last day of the month of its expiry date.
