This operation is only available for remote banking for individuals. If you want to change to your individual profile, go to the drop-down menu located in the avatar with the initial of your name and select "Go to Personal".
Whenever you need it, you can find the insurance company's phone number on the web. To do so, go to the “Insurance” section and click on the phone icon that appears on your vehicle policy; you can contact the company and make your claim.
Remember that claims telephones are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
