What is the Code of Best Practices on urgent measures for the protection of mortgagors without resources (2012)?

Banco Sabadell adheres to the Code of Good Practices established in Royal Decree Law 6/2012, of 9 March, on urgent measures for the protection of mortgage debtors without resources, which makes provision for actions to enable restructuring of mortgage payments for people in an extraordinary difficult situation (exclusion threshold). If restructuring is not viable, measures may be requested, provided they are applicable according to the requirements laid down in the Royal Decree Law.
