How to consult the details of a loan?

To consult the details of a loan, access your remote banking and go to the menu Financing > Financing > Loans > select the contract you wish to consult and click on "Accept".

In addition, if you signed the contract digitally, you can view this contract by accessing the drop-down menu located in the avatar with the initial of your name  >Digital Documentation > All my documents. Next, select the loan contract and click on “I want to download the documentation”.
