If you need more information about some card activity or do not recognize a charge on your card, you can check the details by accessing online banking from the app, in the menu > Cards. Next, select the card and click on the item you want to check.
If you consider this is an undue charge, you can dispute it by clicking "Dispute charge", but please note that if the charge detail indicates "unconfirmed payment", you will have to wait five days for the payment to be completed.
