If, when requesting an appointment, the message “Branch not available at the moment” appears in the application, this is because we weren’t able to automatically load your assigned branch.
You can find your assigned branch manually by selecting “In-Person at Another Branch” and searching by town/city, postal code or address in the search engine. You can also request a telephone appointment with your manager.
Remember that in order to proceed, you must enter a brief explanation of the reason for your appointment in the appropriate field.
