To request a certificate of account holder, account balance or entries, click on Accounts > Certificates, located on the left-hand side menu, and select the “Request for certificates” option.
Remember that the balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to generate. To download it, once this time has elapsed, go to Accounts > Certificates > View certificates.
For all other certificates, you must contact your manager. You can make an appointment here.
