How to request certificates

You can request a certificate (of ownership, balance or entries) of your account from your online banking service by clicking on the following link: Certificate request.

Important:
• If you are not the account holder or if you want the certificate with more than one account holder, ask for an appointment at your branch.
• The balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to be generated. To download it after this time, go to Consult my certificates.
