Certificate requests are only available from the website.
Enter the web and select Daily Operations > Accounts > Request certificates, where you can request an account balance certificate or an account holder’s certificate.
Remember that a balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to generate. To download it once this time has elapsed, click on your name at the top of the screen; You will find it in the "Correspondence" section.
For all other certificates, you must contact your manager. You can make an appointment here.
