How do I activate a card?

To activate your card, make a transaction at an ATM or in a store. You must insert the card and enter the PIN.

Important information:
   • You have three months to activate the physical card.

If you are renewing an expired card, follow these steps:
   1. Go to the main menu .
   2. Click on Cards.
   3. Select the inactive card.
   4. Enter the CVV (or CVV2) that you will find printed on the new physical card.
   5. Sign the transaction.
