How do I activate a card?

To activate your card, make a transaction at an ATM or an in-store purchase. In both cases, this first use will require you to insert the card and enter the PIN.  

To renew an expired card, follow these steps on the app:   

1. Go to the Cards menu.
2. Click on Cards > Card management > Activate card.
3. Select the inactive card.
4. Enter the CVV (or CVV2) that you will find printed on the new physical card.
5. Sign the transaction. 

On the website, follow these steps:

1. Go to the menu and click on "Cards"
2. Expand "Card Management"
3. Select the "Activate cards" option.
4. Select the card you want to activate                              
5. Enter the CVV (or CVV2) and sign the transaction.
