To request a certificate, go to the website and select “Daily Operation” > “Accounts” > ”Request certificate”, where you can request an account balance certificate, a certificate of ownership or a certificate of entries.
Remember that the balance certificate can take up to 48 hours to be generated.
Once this time has elapsed, to download it click on your name at the top of the screen; you will find it in the section “Correspondence”.
For all other certificates, you should contact your branch or manager. You can request an appointment here.
