To return a direct debit bill, go to Accounts > My accounts and transactions, select the account and click on the link with the word "Return" below the amount of the bill.
You can also return the bill from Accounts > Direct debits > Return bill (debited from account), clicking on the icon to obtain the link that will allow you to return the bill.
Remember that the maximum period for returning a bill is 8 weeks, except for certain issuers, whose period is shorter.
